Can you help happy Sun Sun?

This is Sun Sun!

Sun Sun is super friendly, smart, and happy good boy.  When they found him tied up in the Bronx, he was loose and wiggly and jumped up for pettings, then jumped right into their vehicle and stared out the window as they drove.

He never stops wagging his tail, sits when asked, takes treats gently, and allows all handling.  Great with people and other dogs, and appears to be house trained.

Here’s the bad part: he’s going to be put down tomorrow without a foster or adopter.
